The Application is not a standalone application but requires a specific device, the i-NeXt Radio Media Gateway, to connect to. The Application connects to an i-NeXt Radio Media Gateway and makes you able to talk over a PMR or LMR (Personal/Private Mobile Radio or Land Mobile Radio) network. This document informs Application users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Application. If you choose to use our Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy.
The Application does not collect information provided by you. The Application records your voice using the microphone of your mobile device with the scope to provide you the communication service over IP networks. The recorded voice could be stored locally on your device for the scope of the Application.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, the and information about the way you use the Application. This information is used for debug and feature develop purposes.
No, third parties have no access to the information obtained by the Application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@inextrevolution.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
